Feminist Judgment Projects: Canada
The Women’s Court of Canada
A collection of Canadian lawyers and activists critiqued the equality jurisprudence under section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Their six rewritten judgments as a superior Court to the Supreme Court of Canada were published in 2006, vol 18(1) of the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law.
